Authors are invited to submit postscript or PDF versions of their extended
abstracts (max 2 pages) or papers (max 6 pages), with author names, affiliation, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, and the name of the person who will present the work if accepted. The deadline for submission is indicated below. The papers will undergo a peer review process and the results will be communicated to the authors by the date indicated below. Accepted authors will have a chance to make updates to their papers and to submit modified versions of their papers before the workshop. All accepted papers and extended abstracts will be made available electronically to the attendees of the workshop.Option for submission to formal proceedings:
Authors of accepted papers also have the option to have their full papers formally published by CPS and submitted to IEEE Xplore. The fee for this is $300 per paper. There is a 6-page limit per paper. Additional pages can be included after paying a fee of $100/per additional page. The formal proceedings will get published few months after the workshop. Detailed instructions about the process will be provided to the authors who select and pay for this option during registration.

- Panelists and panel moderators
- Session chairs
- All authors of each accepted tutorial

Failure to register by the deadline may result in the removal from the program.
